PLAN BUSINESS

The business plan sector was believed to be going well, the previous, myself as the holder of this business have conducted in detail and performs SWAT analyses to give a full of prospective it away, in this explanation comprehensively and I use the concept of 5W and 1H to give an ideal image that business. The following is the explanation :

Business which I would make is a cafe by the name of Dewi cafe (cafe and consultant) by providing not only food and drink but free consultation with psychologists who provided at private room for 30 minutes, the rest can charged additional cost. Psychologist it exists only in certain days on Wednesday and Friday at course. If want to consult can register beforehand. And in cafe this also provides a convenient place with view natural beauty and delicacy. So that visitors can comfortably and glad to be there.

My business is run by my friends in assorted graduates. This business will take human resource as a psychologist to the facilities as the consulting the visitors, chef to cook,  designer  to design the room that is comfortable and management to organize anything that needed a cafe and marketing of cafe’s product.

The reason I would prefer it, because I saw the culinary business and I wanna put them together with the free and consultation so as visitors doesn’t need to come to psychologists. To come into a cafe the visitors can be consulted about the problem via a psychologist, visitors can also gathered with friends and refreshing in view of the cafe.

I will begin this business about 5 years when I graduated from college. Starting with my own capital and then I will invite cooperation fellow my colleagues to form this cafe .This cafe can also be the business of cooperationn with my friends and a gathering place with .

I ' ll make this a cafe in Margonda , Depok, in front of campus D of Gunadarma.

Later when the time is right, when I already have sufficient capital. I will invite my friends from various graduates needed to form this venture together. With good cooperation and already know each other it will be easier to build this business together.
